Chin Thim Choy

Project Director

Mr. Chin Thim Choy is the Project Director of Artan’s Construction Sdn. Bhd. He is adept in executing projects encompassing construction management, tendering, budgeting, progress monitoring and delay analysis, and mobilization plan.

He is also responsible for implementing, monitoring and decision making on all related issues for successful on-time completion of projects and to meet the Health and Safety Environment, and Quality Control requirements.

Prior to joining Artan’s Construction Sdn. Bhd., Mr. TC Chin has 25 years of experience in various construction works in a commercial and industrial building, warehouse and factory, oil & gas storage, refinery, and petrochemical plant.

Finding the compatibility in enhancing safety and quality performance while contributing to the acceleration of work schedule through rapid progress.
